WATER TOWER WORK PLANNED
The Village will be having warranty work being done on the water tower, located on Route 31, starting July 1st and progressing through the end of the month. Contractors will be rigging up the tank for cleaning, testing and repair work on July 1st through July 3rd. On July 2nd and 3rd, through the week of July 5th, they will be pressure washing, testing areas that have been questioned and repairing the unacceptable areas. It may be necessary to apply new coatings to those areas that are being repaired. If you live adjacent to or near the water tower, we encourage you to cover pools, cars or anything else that may be exposed to the work being done. Residents serviced by the water tower should not experience an interruption in water service. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding while this work is being performed. If you have any questions, please contact Tim Hartnett, SEC Group, an HR Green Company (SEC) at 815-385-1778 ext 118 or Joe Vavrina, also at SEC ext 185.
