eBlast - Illinois Air Team and Village of Johnsburg (Tomorrow 10a-4p)
Mobile Testing Units (MTUs) are now available to Illinois motorists in the area. MTUs are specially equipped emissions testing vans that are deployed to select locations around to provide additional vehicle emissions testing options for the convenience of motorists. For more information about MTUs, and a schedule of all current and future MTU locations, please visit here.
MTUs are coming to: David G. Dominguez Municipal Center, 1515 Channel Beach Ave, Johnsburg, IL 60051.
- Date and Time: Saturday, May 10, 2025, 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.
Eligible Vehicles: In order to receive an emissions test, motorists need to have received a test notice or registration renewal notice that shows an emissions test is required. Motorists can use the Vehicle Eligibility Check Tool by entering their Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or License Plate Number to identify if their vehicles are eligible to test.
