Business Incentive Programs
The Village provides incentive programs to assist local businesses and facilitate new business development. Contact the Village Hall at 815-385-6023 for more information about Sales Tax Abatements, Tax Increment Financing, Facade Improvement Program and other incentives that may be available. Application for incentives does not guarantee incentive assistance. Qualified applicants must provide evidence of business investment and a demonstrable return to the Village. Business proposals need be consistent with the Village’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan and in compliance with all applicable ordinances and codes.
