Heartland Development Features Affordable, Exceptionally Designed Housing in Johnsburg
A new development of luxurious, modern townhomes is under construction in the Village of Johnsburg, Illinois.
Heartland Development Partners will soon offer townhomes at “Remington Grove”, located on the west side of the village, on Monica Lane. These townhomes are unique to Johnsburg, and the village continues to attract new types of housing developments.
Once completed, the residential townhome subdivision will feature some of the nicest homes for sale in Johnsburg, IL. In fact, with numerous floor plans, modern amenities, and first-class interior and exterior features, Remington Grove will set an example for quality new townhomes in Chicagoland.
About the Remington Grove Property
The property along Monica Lane, which will feature the Heartland development, is in good hands. The Heartland team has successfully developed more than 12,000 new construction homes in the Chicagoland area throughout Northern, IL, Southern, WI, and elsewhere across the United States.

These qualities will bode well for the Remington Grove townhome development, which is being constructed on land that has sat vacant since 2006. The development will assist with spurred economic development in the village and has the characteristics to improve the quality of life for residents.
Available Townhome Floor Plans
Townhomes in the Remington Grove development are expected to be available for new residents to move in during the summer or fall of 2022.
Construction is underway for the first of 10 planned buildings as a part of the community. New buildings will be constructed once a preceding constructed townhome building achieves at least 50% occupancy.
Residents of Remington Grove will have their choice of several floor plan options:
- Plan A – Consists of two bedrooms, 19’ x 20’ 3” garage, kitchen, flex space, two bath, two walk-in closets, and a mudroom with utilities. First-floor slab and first-floor look-out with basement options are available.
- Plan B – Features two floors and optional third-bedroom or a loft space with two bathrooms (second floor), a powder room (first floor), kitchen, flex space, walk-in closet and laundry (second floor), first-floor dining room, and living room. 19’ x 20’ 3” garage included. Options for Plan B include first-floor slab with a second floor and a first-floor look-out with second floor and basement.
- Plan C – Beautiful two-floor design with optional third-bedroom/loft, optional fourth bedroom and den, with two bathrooms (second floor), a powder room (first floor), kitchen, dining room, living room, second-floor walk-in closet and laundry, and first-floor mudroom. Plan C includes 19’ 3” x 20’ 1” garage, and offers a deck (with first-floor look-out with second floor and basement; first-floor slab with second floor also available).
- Plan C2 – Provides two floors with first and second-floor master bedrooms, an additional second-floor bedroom, and an optional third bedroom or lofts space. This plan provides a second-floor master bath, walk-in closet, and laundry. It also features a third upstairs bath as the first-floor master has its own bath and walk in closet, as well as a first-floor powder room, dining room, living room, kitchen, and 19’ 3” x 20’ 1” garage. A deck is available for this plan with the first-floor look-out with second floor and basement. First-floor slab with a second floor is also available.
