JOHNSBURG POLICE OFFERING FREE C.P.R. CLASSES
The Johnsburg Police Department is now taking reservations for several classes to be held in May and June. Each class will be approximately 2 1/2 hours in length.

VILLAGE RETAINS AA/STABLE BOND RATING
Standards & Poor recently affirmed the AA/Stable bond rating issued on the Village's Series 2009 General Refunding Bonds. The rating was issued predicated upon several factors including the Village's maintenance of strong reserves and good financial management practices.

This past fall, Judge Michael Caldwell rendered a decision in favor of the Village confirming it owns Maple Avenue in response to a frivolous suit brought against the Village by Margaret and Frank Haney. CLICK HERE to read more.
LOCAL COURT FINDS IN FAVOR OF THE VILLAGE
Litigation recently concluded in a development related matter between the Village of Johnsburg and BCP Realty LLC which the Village pursued to enforce obligations under an annexation. The judge found in favor of the Village and directed the developer to fullfill it's obligations under the annexation agreement.
