17.06 DUMPING REFUSE, GARBAGE OR RECYCLABLE MATERIALS.
It shall be unlawful to dump or dispose of any refuse, garbage or recyclable materials except in a properly constructed receptacle, or in a licensed landfill within the Village or within one (1) mile of the Village limits. 17.07
