VILLAGE 2013 ROAD IMPROVEMNET PROGRAM
The Village of Johnsburg will be resurfacing 3.3 miles of roads this year as a result of low pricing received through a combined bid pursued with the McHenry Township Road District. Peter Baker and Son submitted the lowest bid and was awarded the contract which includes the following roads: Miller Rd, Heather Ln, Aster & Indigo Ct, Dakota Ridge & Hiller Ridge, Fieldstone Way, Cove Ct, Knob Hill, Fairview Ave (south of Chapel Hill Road), Dolores Dr, Dennis Blvd, Grandview and Sudeenew Dr. Sign up for our e-News alerts and monitor the Village's website at johnsburg.org for traffic impacts which may occur during the resurfacing.
JEPF ORANGE BALL GOLF OUTING
The Johnsburg Educational Partnership Foundation is holding the 20th Annual Orange Ball Golf Outing on Friday, June 28th at the McHenry Country Club. The event will include lunch, golf, dinner and raffles. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Johnsburg District 12 schools. 2013 - 2014 VEHICLE STICKERS
Vehicle Stickers will be going on sale at the Johnsburg Village Hall beginning June 1st. Please make sure to purchase your vehicle sticker by July 31st to avoid paying additional costs. Note that the cost of a citation for failure to purchase and display a vehicle sticker is $100.
Applications will be mailed during the first week of June and stickers must be purchased no later than the close of business on July 31st to avoid paying a penalty. Watch for the salmon colored applications in the mail. If the pre-printed information on the card(s) sent to you is incorrect, please correct the information and either bring the forms into the Village Hall or mail the postcard(s) with a check made payable to the Village of Johnsburg. If you do not receive your applications(s) or need additional ones they can be picked up at the Village Hall or contact the Village Hall at 815-385-6023. CLICK HERE for more information.

JOHNSBURG LION'S MEAT RAFFLES
The Johnsburg Lions hosts monthly Meat raffles to the assist those who are in need of eye, ear and other support within the Johnsburg community. The Meat Raffles are held on the 1st Thursday of each month at Chef Davitos Restaurant, 4000 N. Johnsburg Road. The first raffle begins at 7:30.
